Shipping Policy

For US Customers:

We ship from our warehouse in Chicago. All packages will be processed the next business day after ordering 

(i.e. if you order on a Saturday, it will be processed the following Monday) and will arrive between 3 - 5 days thereafter.

You will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as the package is processed. 

If you have not received your package after 7 days, please email us at support@kapsule.store for assistance.

Refund Policy

Returns

KAPSULE is committed to customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device within 30 days of order date. The product must be UNOPENED WITH SHRINK WRAP INTACT. IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN OPENED, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. 

In addition, Kapsule is covered by 1 Year Warranty.

*Only purchases made directly from www.kapsuleuv.com qualify for refunds and warranty. For all other Kapsule orders, please contact your authorized reseller for merchant guarantees.

  1. Email support@kapsule.store with your order number and a photograph of your unopened item to receive your return authorization. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and must ship back the item using a carrier of their choice via registered mail.
  1. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
  1. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
  1. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer or during transit. If you need to exchange the product, send us an email at support@kapsule.store.
